Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hi@butterbekind.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hi@butterbekind.eu so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please get in touch before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.
