Hi, I'm teja!

It all began with a girl and her skin.

I was born with eczema. Not the mild kind but the kind that covered my arms and legs, the kind that people noticed before they noticed me.

Growing up in Central Europe, I played a lot of tennis. I wanted to be a tennis pro at one point. But I never felt free in my body. If I wore shorts, people saw my rash. My confidence was built around hiding, not playing.

I went from pharmacy to pharmacy with my parents. Every prescription, every cream. Nothing worked long-term. So I decided to figure it out myself.

"When I got to university and sat in my first analytical chemistry lab, I thought: if I can do this, I can probably make something that actually helps me. That was 2013. I've been formulating ever since."

Without even realizing, I developed a new way of formulating.

I worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a scientist. I took a neuroscience course at Harvard and learned how the nervous system and skin are deeply connected, how stress shows up in a flare, how a ritual can calm both your skin and your mind at the same time.

In 2021 I quit my pharma job and started running skincare formulation workshops in Vienna. Workshop after workshop where 100, 150 people asked the same question: why aren't you selling this?

So I did. At our first competition, I ate Feeling Butter on stage to prove its purity. We won. The five products we sell are the ones out of 250+ that everyone should have in their bathroom.
